Description of the project:
Within the framework of the Economic Development and Innovation Operational Programme, the Ministry of National Economy has submitted an application for the "LARODO" Ltd. The grant application with the identification number GINOP-2.1.8-17-2017-01054 was positively evaluated. The non-repayable grant financed by the European Regional Development Fund and national central budget appropriations amounts to HUF 15,000,000. As a result of the project, thanks to adaptive innovation, LARODO Ltd. will have the opportunity to apply an advanced technology and thus produce better quality products. The improvement and quality improvement of the sheet metal working production process will be realized with a state-of-the-art 7-axis CNC controlled AMADA HFE M2 type edge bending machine, which will enable us to produce products with higher technical content for our partners. The acquisition of the edge bending machine will improve the efficiency and profitability of the company's economic activity.

Description of the project:
Within the framework of the Economic Development and Innovation Operational Programme, "LARODO" Ltd. submitted an application under the call for proposals of the Ministry of National Economy entitled "Support for capacity expansion investments of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises under a combined loan product". The grant application with the identification number GINOP-1.2.3-8-3-4-16-2017-00947 was positively assessed. The amount of the non-repayable grant financed from the European Regional Development Fund and the national central budget appropriations is HUF 49,970,207, and the amount of the reimbursable loan requested under the scheme is HUF 142,953,592.
LARODO Kft. The project resulted in the construction of a new production hall and the purchase of machinery: 1 HFE M2 100,3 /7 type edge bending machine, 2 OMG Logos AC 12 SX 1565 electric pallet trucks, 2 column-mounted slewing cranes, 1 Hyundai 33L-7A 3,3 tonne forklift truck. The development has increased our capacity, which has resulted in an increase in turnover and, as a direct result of the advanced technology, the added value ratio within the turnover and the efficiency of the company, its role in the economy and its market position. The investment provides an opportunity to expand our services, thus ensuring the expansion of our activities.

The acquisition of advanced machinery allows us to work faster and more efficiently, as we can meet increasing customer demand in less time and complete more production processes in less time. In addition to the purchase of industrial equipment, we are planning to purchase new, modern IT tools, which will help the company to communicate and manage documents more efficiently, the distinct advantage of the IT tool family is cloud-based data management, depending on the settings and authorization, the task performed on one tool, documented events are immediately displayed on the other tool. We can also apply data synchronisation, process management and document management systems at field sites. We also expect that the new production equipment that will be purchased will radically reduce the annual running costs of the machines, which will directly increase efficiency. We calculate that uptime can be maximised following upgrades, as we do not expect any breakdowns in the maintenance years for these new tools in addition to the mandatory maintenance, so we do not calculate downtime for servicing when taking on a job. The above further reinforces our intention to continue to develop our activities and continue to work with our staff without any significant external change.
